Megan's Approach

Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are interconnected. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is a wonderful way to help you do introspective work to identify any maladaptive patterns of cognition and behaviours. Once you actively change one aspect of either the thought(s) or behaviour(s), it'll create an upward spiral and generate positive change in other aspects as well. CBT is based on empirical evidence and is considered the gold standard for many mental health problems.
